Trading Account means the account record maintained on the Trading Server. Trading Terminal means the interface used to submit instructions. Trading Server means the systems that receive, process, timestamp, settle and record operations.
Trading Operation means a fixed-return binary-option transaction. Non-Trading Operation means a deposit, withdrawal, conversion, refund or balance adjustment. Stake means the amount committed to a trade. Expiry means the settlement time. Payout means the return displayed before a trade is confirmed.
2.General provisions
The service is provided through optigobroker.com and connected applications. The Client must maintain a suitable device and reliable internet connection. OptigoBroker is not the Client's internet or telecommunications provider.
The Client must provide accurate information and may be required to verify identity, age, address, payment ownership and source of funds. Verification may include documents, a telephone or video check, database screening and other reasonable measures.
One Client may normally hold one Client Profile and one live Trading Account. Duplicate, transferred, purchased, impersonated or concealed accounts may be restricted while reviewed. The Client must protect login credentials and immediately report unauthorised access.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that use of the service is lawful where the Client is resident and physically located, and for paying applicable taxes. Use of a VPN, proxy, false address or false document to bypass a restriction is prohibited.
After registration, OptigoBroker creates a Trading Account linked to the Client Profile. All Trading and Non-Trading Operations are recorded on that account. The balance displayed in the Trading Terminal is the operational record of available funds, subject to cleared-payment and correction rules.
OptigoBroker may limit the availability of instruments, expiry periods, payout levels, payment methods, platform functions, copy-trading functions, bonuses and other benefits according to market, technical, legal or risk conditions.
Charts, education, signals, examples and market commentary are general information and do not constitute personal investment, legal or tax advice. Company representatives are not authorised to promise profit or instruct a Client to place a particular trade. The Client makes every trading decision independently.
3.Procedure for Non-Trading Operations
Deposits and withdrawals are initiated through the Client Area using methods displayed there. Instructions sent only through email, chat or social media are not payment instructions unless support expressly directs otherwise for account recovery.
The Client may use only funds and payment accounts belonging to the Client. Third-party or mismatched payments may be rejected or returned. OptigoBroker may request proof of ownership of a card, bank account, wallet or other payment method.
The Client selects an available Trading Account currency. Where payment currency differs, conversion may be performed using the rate supplied by the payment provider when the operation is processed.
Unless a different amount is displayed for a particular payment method, the minimum deposit is USD 5 and the minimum withdrawal is USD 10. Applicable maximums, fees and estimated processing times are displayed before confirmation.
Withdrawals must not exceed the available cleared balance and will normally be returned to the original funding source. If several deposit methods were used, withdrawals may be allocated proportionally or according to payment-network rules. If the original method cannot receive funds, another verified method belonging to the Client may be required.
When the one-click payment function is enabled by the Client, authorised payment details may be securely tokenised by a payment provider. The Client may disable that function through the Client Area or support. Full card security codes must not be stored by OptigoBroker.
Deposits may be credited automatically. If an automated payment fails, support may request the transaction identifier, date and time, payment method, sender details and receiving details to trace or manually reconcile it.
Submitting a withdrawal request reserves or debits the requested amount from the available balance while processing takes place. The applicable estimated processing period is shown in the Client Area; it may be extended when verification, a provider incident or an investigation reasonably requires more time, and the Client will be notified where practicable.
A payment may be delayed for verification, sanctions screening, fraud review, chargeback risk, source-of-funds checks, payment-provider failure or an unresolved obligation. The services must not be used solely to move or convert money without genuine platform use. OptigoBroker will not impose an undisclosed requirement to place further trades merely to withdraw the Client's legitimate cleared funds.
4.Procedure for Trading Operations
The Client selects an Asset, Stake, Expiry and direction (Call or Put). The available Payout is displayed before confirmation. Clicking Call or Put submits the selected parameters to the Trading Server.
The Trading Server places the request in a queue and processes it using the quote available on the server at that moment. The operation becomes binding only when accepted and recorded. Processing time depends on connection quality, market conditions and server load.
A request may be refused if funds are insufficient, the market is unavailable, liquidity is inadequate, the expiry window has passed, a risk limit applies, a quote has materially changed, or a technical or legal restriction applies. An accepted trade normally cannot be changed or cancelled by the Client.
For a Call, the result is successful only if the closing quote is strictly higher than the opening quote. For a Put, the result is successful only if the closing quote is strictly lower than the opening quote. A successful trade returns the Stake plus the displayed return; an unsuccessful trade loses the Stake.
If opening and closing quotes are equal, the trade is a tie: the Stake is returned and the operation is excluded from trading turnover, unless a different tie rule was clearly displayed before acceptance.
The total amount committed to newly opened operations cannot exceed the available balance. The Client may hold several simultaneous operations where the Terminal permits it. Early closure is available only when displayed, and the offered early-closure amount may be lower than the Stake.
A trade may be cancelled or revised after investigation only where it was executed on a demonstrably non-market quote, resulted from a material server or calculation failure, was placed by prohibited automation, duplicated unintentionally, or formed part of proven abusive locking, collusion or exploitation. OptigoBroker will notify the Client of a material correction and retain the supporting records.
5.Quotes and information
Trading Operations use quotes displayed by the Trading Terminal and recorded by the Trading Server. Quotes may come from exchanges, liquidity providers, market-data vendors, news agencies or aggregated sources.
Where bid and ask data are used, OptigoBroker may calculate the trading quote as Bid + (Ask - Bid) / 2. The same methodology is applied to Clients trading the same product. Quotes from another website or broker may differ because of source, latency, rounding or methodology.
If the quote stream is interrupted, OptigoBroker may synchronise records with the relevant provider or another documented market-data source. An operation affected by a manifest non-market quote, corrupted data, duplicate instruction or material software failure may be corrected, cancelled or settled by returning the Stake after investigation.
The server quote and server time recorded for an accepted operation control its opening and settlement. Charts may be rounded or visually sampled and are not a substitute for the underlying server record. In a dispute, OptigoBroker will examine the relevant provider data and server logs rather than relying only on a quote from another company.
OTC or synthetic Assets are labelled in the Terminal. Their prices may use a separate methodology and should not be assumed to match a live exchange.
6.Rights and responsibilities of the parties
OptigoBroker will provide account access, maintain operational records, process valid instructions and offer support, subject to maintenance, security, market availability and events outside reasonable control.
The Client must not engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, collusion, account sharing, chargeback abuse, unauthorised automation, exploitation of an obvious error, manipulation, attacks on the platform or use of stolen funds or credentials.
OptigoBroker may investigate suspicious activity, request information, preserve evidence, limit new trades or payments, correct benefits directly produced by prohibited conduct, close an account and report activity where required. Legitimate cleared funds remain payable after lawful deductions and checks.
Depending on the disclosed execution model, OptigoBroker or a provider may be counterparty to a Trading Operation and may benefit when a Client loses. This is a conflict of interest. Settlement must nevertheless follow the recorded trade parameters and quote methodology.
Copy trading, where available, is a technical function and not investment advice. Copied operations may differ because of balance, delay, payout, limits or availability. OptigoBroker may suspend copying connected to a provider or account involved in a verified violation.
Neither party is liable for failure caused by an event outside reasonable control, but this does not remove payment obligations already recorded or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. The Client is responsible for loss directly caused by the Client's fraud, unlawful conduct or material breach.
The Client retains the right to make truthful complaints and reviews. OptigoBroker will not cancel a valid trade solely because the Client criticised the service. Threats, extortion, impersonation or knowingly false evidence may be handled under applicable law without removing the Client's right to complain.
7.Risk disclosure
Binary options are speculative and high risk. A Client can lose the entire Stake on one trade and the entire Trading Account balance through a series of trades. Short expiries amplify the effect of volatility, latency and decision errors.
Trading is conducted electronically and is exposed to internet, device, software, data-provider and payment-system failures. Market-data interruptions or exceptional conditions may temporarily prevent new operations.
Past performance, demo results, signals, social trading, historical win rates and marketing examples do not guarantee future results. The Client must not trade money whose loss would materially harm living expenses or obligations to third parties.
8.Processing of personal data
Personal data is collected and used for account administration, identity verification, security, fraud prevention, payments, legal compliance, support and service improvement as further described in the Privacy Policy.
OptigoBroker may use cookies and collect device, log, installed-application and usage information where permitted and disclosed. Data may be shared with verification providers, payment providers, hosting and security services, professional advisers and authorities where lawful. Affiliate partners do not receive unnecessary Client financial or identity data.
The Client may request correction of inaccurate information after identity verification. Certain identifiers, including a primary email address, may require a support request rather than direct editing for security reasons. Retention, international transfers and privacy rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
9.Claims and disputes
A claim should be emailed to support@optigobroker.com with the Client's name, account identifier, date, operation reference, explanation, evidence and requested outcome. A trading claim should normally be sent within five business days so that technical records can be preserved.
OptigoBroker will investigate and aim to issue a reasoned response within 14 business days. If more time is required, the Client will be informed. A successful claim may result in correction, cancellation of the affected operation, return of the Stake or restoration of the balance to the position it would have held without the error. Unrelated valid operations remain unaffected.
A longer mandatory complaint period or legal remedy available to the Client is not removed by this section. Details of any external dispute body applicable to the Client's account will be provided when available.
10.Term, suspension and termination
The Client may request closure through the Client Area or support@optigobroker.com. Closure is completed after open trades, pending payments, investigations and outstanding obligations have been resolved.
OptigoBroker may immediately suspend or terminate for fraud, false identity, material breach, prohibited conduct, security risk or legal restriction. For another business closure, reasonable notice will be given where practicable.
A Client-requested closure will normally be completed within seven business days after all obligations and checks are resolved. Where OptigoBroker closes an account for business reasons rather than breach, it will aim to complete its outstanding financial obligations within 30 business days, subject to payment-provider delays and legal holds.
Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations, complaint rights or record-retention duties. Verified cleared funds remain payable after lawful deductions and required checks. Previously accepted trades are settled according to their recorded terms unless they are affected by a ground for cancellation stated in this Agreement.
11.Restricted countries and final provisions
The service is not available to residents or persons located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Economic Area, Australia, Israel, Japan, Brazil or the Philippines, or in another jurisdiction where the service is prohibited or requires an authorisation that has not been obtained.
The restricted list may be updated for legal, sanctions, payment or risk reasons. A Client must stop using the service if a change of location, residence or law makes continued use unlawful.
OptigoBroker may amend this Agreement for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated before they apply where required. No amendment retroactively changes the recorded Stake, Expiry or Payout of a valid completed operation.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. The Client may not transfer the Profile, Trading Account or Agreement without written consent.
