1.Financial responsibility and available balance
OptigoBroker is responsible for maintaining an accurate record of the Client's Trading Account balance from the time cleared funds are credited until funds are traded, lawfully deducted, refunded or withdrawn.
A deposit becomes part of the available balance only after it is confirmed by the relevant payment provider and recorded in the Client Area. Pending, reversed, disputed, restricted or uncleared amounts are not available for withdrawal.
The Client may request withdrawal of part or all of the verified cleared balance, subject to open or pending operations, fees disclosed before confirmation, AML and KYC checks, chargebacks, legal restrictions and other obligations stated in the contractual documents.
Only payment methods displayed in the Client Area are official OptigoBroker methods. The availability of a method may depend on the Client's country, currency, verification status, provider rules and transaction limits.
OptigoBroker is responsible for its own payment instructions and records. A bank, card network, blockchain network, electronic-money institution or other independent provider remains responsible for delays or failures occurring solely within that provider's systems.
OptigoBroker's responsibility for an outgoing payment ends when the correct amount and verified destination instruction have been transmitted to the authorised provider, without removing the duty to assist with a reasonable trace or investigation.
A technical or clerical payment error may be corrected after investigation. OptigoBroker will notify the Client of a material correction and will not remove legitimate funds without an identifiable reason supported by records.
2.Registration and payment verification
To use live payment services, the Client must complete account registration, accept the applicable agreements and provide true identity and contact information.
OptigoBroker may require a valid identity document, proof of address, selfie or video verification, payment-method ownership evidence, bank statement, source-of-funds evidence, transaction record or another document reasonably required by the AML and KYC Policy.
A requested verification should normally be completed by the Client within 10 business days. OptigoBroker may extend the response period to 30 business days where circumstances reasonably require, but may keep payment functions restricted until satisfactory evidence is received.
Only one verified person may control a Trading Account. Duplicate or linked accounts may be restricted and investigated. Legitimate cleared funds will not be permanently confiscated solely because a duplicate account exists; any return is subject to identity, ownership, fraud and legal checks.
The Client must keep name, address, telephone, email, tax residence and payment information accurate and promptly report material changes.
3.Deposits
A deposit is initiated through the Client Area by selecting an available method, entering the requested details and confirming the payment with the relevant provider.
Unless a different minimum is displayed for a particular method, the minimum deposit is USD 5. Maximum amounts and frequency limits may vary by method, verification status, provider and risk controls.
A deposit must come from an account, card, electronic wallet or crypto wallet owned or lawfully controlled by the verified Client and must use the Client's own funds. Third-party or anonymous payments may be rejected, returned or held for investigation.
A deposit may be credited automatically. If it is not credited, support may request the provider reference, transaction ID or hash, date, time, amount, currency, sender and destination details, and evidence of payment.
Card and electronic payments may take from seconds to several business days. Bank transfers may take longer depending on correspondent banks, weekends, currency and jurisdiction. Blockchain confirmation time depends on the selected network and required confirmations.
The Client must select the correct payment network, currency and destination. Funds sent through an unsupported network or to an incorrect address may be irrecoverable. OptigoBroker will make reasonable recovery efforts where technically possible but cannot guarantee recovery.
A deposited currency may be converted into the Trading Account currency using the rate and fees disclosed by the payment provider or displayed before confirmation.
4.Fees, currency conversion and taxes
OptigoBroker will disclose any fee it charges before confirmation or in the Client Area. A bank, card issuer, wallet, blockchain network or other provider may impose a separate fee outside OptigoBroker's control.
Where conversion is required, the displayed or provider-supplied exchange rate at processing time applies. It may differ from an official reference rate or a rate shown by another service.
The Client is responsible for taxes, duties and reporting arising from deposits, withdrawals and trading. OptigoBroker is not the Client's personal tax adviser.
Financial information may be disclosed to a tax authority, court, regulator or other competent body when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
5.Withdrawal policy
A withdrawal request must be created in the Client Area and is accepted for review when it appears in the withdrawal or balance history. A request made only through social media, chat or ordinary email is not a withdrawal instruction unless support directs otherwise for account recovery.
Unless a different minimum is displayed for a particular method, the minimum withdrawal is USD 10. A request cannot exceed the verified cleared balance available when it is processed.
Funds will normally be returned to the same payment method and payment details used for the deposit. Where several methods were used, withdrawals may be allocated in proportion to deposits or according to card-network, AML or provider rules.
A withdrawal to a different method may be permitted when the original method cannot receive funds. The alternative bank account, card, electronic wallet or crypto wallet must belong to the verified Client and may require additional evidence.
A standard withdrawal request is normally reviewed and released by OptigoBroker within 24 hours. Additional identity or payment verification, sanctions review, source-of-funds checks, suspected fraud, chargebacks, provider incidents or incorrect details may extend OptigoBroker's processing time up to five business days. The Client will be informed where reasonably possible.
After OptigoBroker releases a payment, delivery time depends on the receiving bank, card network, wallet, blockchain or payment provider. If funds do not arrive after the provider's expected period, the Client may request a payment trace.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of withdrawal details. A provider or recovery fee caused by incorrect information may be deducted only if disclosed and supported by the actual cost.
Profit above the amount originally deposited may be sent through another verified method where the original method supports refunds only or has a return limit.
OptigoBroker will not impose an undisclosed trading-turnover condition requiring the Client to place additional trades merely to withdraw legitimate cleared deposited funds or legitimate trading proceeds.
6.Withdrawal methods
Bank transfer: payment may be made only to a bank account held in the verified Client's name. The Client must provide complete banking information and any intermediary-bank details requested.
Payment card: an amount may be returned to the card used to deposit, subject to card-network refund limits, card status and provider rules. Another verified method may be needed for profit or an amount exceeding the permitted return.
Electronic payment system: payment may be made only to the Client's verified personal wallet or account where the method is currently available.
Crypto / virtual-asset withdrawal: funds may be withdrawn in a supported cryptocurrency or stablecoin to a verified personal wallet using the blockchain network selected in the Client Area. The Client must carefully confirm the wallet address, asset and network before submitting the request.
Crypto withdrawals are complete when OptigoBroker broadcasts the transaction to the selected blockchain and provides a transaction hash. Delivery depends on network confirmations. Blockchain network fees may be deducted or displayed before confirmation. A transfer sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network or incompatible wallet may be irreversible.
OptigoBroker may add, suspend or withdraw a payment method for technical, provider, legal, sanctions, security or risk reasons. Available methods and limits are displayed in the Client Area.
7.Refunds, reversals and failed payments
A duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorised transaction or confirmed technical error should be reported promptly to support@optigobroker.com with the relevant transaction evidence.
Where a refund is justified, it will normally be returned to the original source. Processing time depends on the payment provider and may differ from a withdrawal.
A payment that is declined, expired, reversed or not confirmed by the provider will not create a final credited balance. If a provisional credit has already been used, OptigoBroker may correct the balance and seek repayment of any resulting deficit.
A transfer returned by a bank or provider may be reissued after corrected verified details are supplied. Actual third-party return or reprocessing fees may be deducted where disclosed.
No-refund language in a payment interface removes neither mandatory consumer rights nor the right to challenge an unauthorised or incorrectly processed payment.
8.Chargebacks and payment disputes
The Client should contact OptigoBroker support before initiating a chargeback so that an error, duplicate payment, fraud allegation or service complaint can be investigated promptly. This does not remove a legal right to contact the card issuer or payment provider.
A chargeback, recall or payment dispute may cause the relevant amount to be reserved and payment or trading functions to be restricted while evidence is reviewed.
OptigoBroker may provide the payment provider with account registration, authentication, payment, trading, withdrawal and communication records necessary to answer a dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials or false evidence may lead to account closure, recovery of direct losses and reporting to relevant providers or authorities. A good-faith dispute will not by itself justify confiscation of unrelated legitimate funds.
9.AML, sanctions and payment holds
OptigoBroker may delay, reject, return, restrict or investigate a payment to verify identity, age, residence, payment ownership, source of funds, source of wealth, sanctions status or the purpose and pattern of transactions.
Risk indicators include third-party funding, multiple unrelated methods, rapid deposit and withdrawal without genuine use, structured transactions, unexplained geographic changes, high-risk wallet exposure, account links, chargeback abuse or inconsistent documents.
A hold lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for the review or as required by law, a provider or competent authority. OptigoBroker may be unable to disclose details where disclosure would prejudice an investigation or constitute unlawful tipping off.
Verified cleared funds will be released or returned when the review permits, subject to lawful deductions, payment-provider capability and any binding legal restriction.
10.One-Click Payment service
One-Click Payment is optional. It becomes active only when the Client selects the save-card or equivalent control and confirms authorisation through the payment provider.
The provider may securely store a payment token so that the Client does not need to re-enter all card details. OptigoBroker must not store the card security code after authorisation.
Each payment must be initiated or confirmed in the manner displayed. OptigoBroker will not debit an amount greater than the amount authorised by the Client.
The Client confirms ownership or lawful authority to use the selected card and is responsible for keeping the Client Area secure. An unauthorised One-Click Payment must be reported immediately.
The service may be disabled in the Client Area or through support. Removing a saved payment method prevents future use but does not reverse a payment already authorised and processed.
A bank or provider may decline a payment. Provider fees, card limits, currency conversion and issuer rules may apply. The terms in this section govern the One-Click Payment service.
11.Complaints, changes and contact
A payment complaint should include the Client's name, account identifier, date, amount, currency, method, provider reference or transaction hash, supporting evidence and requested outcome.
OptigoBroker will investigate using its account records and information supplied by the provider. The Client may also need to contact the relevant bank, card issuer, wallet or payment service.
This Policy may be updated for legal, provider, security, technical or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated before they apply where required and will not retrospectively change a correctly completed payment.
